THE LEADERS
The Otaku Kaizen Leaders (Officers) will serve the organization until the end of their respective terms. They are only allowed to run for two consecutive terms, after which, a successor to their position is nominated. There are seven officers and one adviser that currently preside over the organization: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Auditor, the P.R.O and the Business Manager.

THE RECRUITERS
The Recruiters have the special task of hoarding interested people and welcoming them into the group. They are usually very vocal and friendly. They don't back down from inquiries and they make valuable reports. Whenever the P.R.O is absent, they take on the task of Public Relation.

THE MEMBERS
The members are a very important part of the group. They perform tasks that are akin to their interests/hobbies. They must be very active and well-informed of the house rules. The existence of this organization lies in their hands. It is mandatory that they'd join a committee.
So far, this organization has a number of 45 members and counting.
