GENERAL ASSEMBLY
When: Saturday, 6th of July 2013. 10:00 am
Where: UPHSD Molino Room 500
The objectives of the event:
1. Re-introduction of the Kaizen (The meaning of Otaku Kaizen, What We Do and The Future of our Group)
2. What members expect of our group 3. Introduction of officers and adviser 4. Introduction of Committees and Chairpersons 5. Elaboration of Events for this semester and the next. 6. Discussion of the Membership Fee (which includes the I.D) 7. Discussion of our Main Project: The Game 8. Discussion of the Zombie Apocalypse Photoshoot (Our official end of the semester celebration).
Attendance: Non-mandatory. (Officers and Committee Chairpersons are an exception.)
Speakers: President, Vice President and Committee Chairpersons
ANNOUNCEMENT
In compliance with the expansion of this blog, members of the arts and design, photography and writer's committee are obliged to submit their own miscellaneous work. They must learn to abide by the house rules and avoid profane or pornographic images or writings.
All works will be credited to their respective creators/authors.
