The Otaku Kaizen listed attending the Best of Anime 2013 as an official activity, and they didn't let it pass despite the unpredictable academic challenges and weather conditions brought on by the semester and season. Our P.C Captain made sure she took a lot of wonderful shots:

Evening Tea Time's performance was amazing! Their rendition of Crossing Field, High School of the Dead, Guren no Yumiya and Jiyuu no Tsubasa was off the hook!

Starmarie gave the audience an extreme moe overload when one of the members shouted into her microphone, "Aru yuu habingu fanu? (Are you having fun?)"

Sad to say, we didn't stay long enough to watch Joe Inoue perform.
